It will be printed by USPCC.
I like the look of this deck, and his upfront video.

I spent 3 months designing this deck ... every card was custom designed. If all the work I put into these decks isn't worth it to you, then $15 dollars is obviously too high. This deck is for people with a specific aesthetic. Not offended if you don't like it, but don't insult me by saying my prices aren't as competitive as a mass producer like "Bicycle" brand.
Regarding international shipping ... thats my cost, so I think it's fair to ask for that cost to be covered.
I realize that I may have failed at following all of the guide-lines, for that I am sorry. My hope was to make a cool deck that lined up with the playing card history

1: None of us are trying to offend you, we can just be picky about cards.Pedale Design wrote:Hey guys, my name is Tyler. I am the designer of the above deck. First of all, lets all practice a little grace here.

I ship internationally often, and it costs me $10+
By guidelines, I meant the King stabbing himself doesn't correspond with the typical suit card, and other possible inconsistencies.
Now that the deck is taking off, I do intend to splurge on printing. Doing this project was a huge risk for me and my family. I had to put off a lot of work to make it happen, and its my first effort. So I realize I have a lot to learn. It will be impossible to accomplish, but I will be trying to serve the preferences of as many people as possible.
Thanks guys.

I have to say, the artwork you have is great and it's always a breath of fresh air to see someone do something unique like that. Your video is lovely and you are obviously a design pro.
I do, however, find it unfortunate that you are pricing things at $15 per deck. Everyone that really cares about cards knows what it costs to have a deck printed, and from I can see you have a "normal" deck with almost no extra-cost features. As such, all of the people here know what it is costing you, and what it will cost to mail, and they will feel a little taken advantage of when comparing to the many other projects that can get them a deck (shipped) for perhaps $8-10.
I'm sure you will fund your deck, but it is also important (especially for the first project) to generate goodwill in the market and one way to do that is to be fair or even low on the price. Most projects top out at $10 or so, and there are many that are hugely successful at that level. It's too late to change, obviously, but certainly something to keep in mind. You did create a lovely piece of art, and one that I would enjoy, but the one-way design and $15 will probably keep me out of it this time.
Best of luck to you and as I said, it is great to see unique and professional design.
