They don't like sharing quotes, but I know for sure that they don't have a standard set of quotes. When my representative was fired from the company, they sent me a new quote that was much higher than what I had before, assuming I was either new or perhaps naive. After that, I stopped using them. But next time, I will mention your info and ask them to provide the same prices.

This does seem a bit low but I don't have much doubt. About 2 years ago I was quoted approximately 3.50 a deck for 1500 copies from legends. It was also for foiled backs and I believe 2 foils and embossing on tuck... been a minute so I may be off by a bit.

To close this case (for my own peace of mind), I requested a new quote. This time, they gave me prices that are more or less in line with what I had before. I don't know what quote they gave you, but the average price based on 8 positions (4 * with foil and 4 * without foil) is 2.5 times higher. Most likely, they gave you prices for decks printed on Chinese blue core paper. It's not the worst option, by the way.

Welp, 4 months have gone by and no updates in that time. Someone in the campaign comments mentioned they reached out to WJPC and they said an order hasn't been placed yet and that they had been trying to get a hold of the project creator. Looking sketchy again.

At this point, I just want my $400 back... I genuinely believed in Kellar. It didn't help that Lotrek recently released a different Charmers variant without any awareness of Kellar's disappearance.

True…. Kellar needs to be hold accountable for the failure in fulfilling House of Whispers… they somewhat “fall into a pit” ever since the bad news of Cartamundi stop printing custom cards, and never bounce back

Ugh, I'm sorry you're out so much money. I keep a total of my losses to unfulfilled KS campaigns, and fortunately it's only around $150, but this one is the highest for a single campaign at $56.

I’m lucky and that I missed the campaign entirely, but I did get in touch with them via Kickstarter messages and they were going to sort me out a deck. A lucky miss!
