Hello Patrons!
A few hours ago, LPCC sent me pictures of the Fiamma cards—I’m beyond excited and couldn’t wait to share them with you, even if they’re just factory photos. I genuinely said “wow” when I saw them, and I hope they’ll make you feel the same way! Some trivia/info below!
Getting more Fiamma?
I'm so proud of these cards that I decided to make this post public. If you're not a Patron yet, subscribe now and don’t miss out, for the Flame’s sake!
If you’re already a Patron, you’ll receive both Fiamma Rossa and Fiamma Nera [EE version] as part of your Q1 rewards (along with Minichaos Nyx, which is arriving in the current shipment).
If you want more Fiamma, I’ll almost certainly allow Patrons to add extra Fiamma Rossa decks. I’ll decide on pricing and availability later—I’d rather have more info on the ETA before opening preorders. It will be a great deal for Patrons!
Trivia info about how this deck is printed
I built the Fiamma files in a very unorthodox way—LPCC even contacted me twice for confirmation. As you (probably) noticed from the pictures, I used gold foil beneath all the inks.
Basically, there’s a gold layer with empty spots where there’s white, covering everything else. The inks (red, black, and blue) are printed over the foil. This isn’t the “normal” way to do it, since foil is typically applied only to the gold areas.
Honestly, I did this to improve registration, but from what I see, the foil is also affecting the blue and red inks—something I had hoped for but didn’t entirely expect.
Kudos to LPCC for their incredible cold foil and flawless registration—it looks perfect!
Honestly, I was unsure how a brutal/simple design like this would turn out—but from what I see, it works incredibly well with the foil!
I hope you're happy for these as I am
More news soon,
Giovanni

Re: Fiamma by Thirdway Industries
I would expect the "rossa" version to be sold, the other one will be patreon exclusive and not sold for extras.

Re: Fiamma by Thirdway Industries
Is there different artwork between the 2 versions or different with the foil? Usually the standard and patreon versions are tuck swaps with gilding.

Re: Fiamma by Thirdway Industries
Gio claims both will be different
The card backs for each edition will follow the foil colors of the tuck box. Nera will be gilded

Re: Fiamma by Thirdway Industries
Is it me or does the art look muddy/blurry like missing pixels on an image? Is it a test print thing?

TWI patrons, how did this one come out? Which version do y'all like better: Rossa or Nera?

In those pics I can see what you mean.

Both decks have the same designs, except different backs. I am not sure which I prefer to be honest. i find them about the same. I do like them though.

Re: Fiamma by Thirdway Industries
Love Rossa better because of how shiny it is~ the red and gold color scheme is a definition of a flame. Nera is also good, but I am afraid the black foil is blend with the full-bleed black background as well as the gilding, but maybe that's how Nera to represent the evil flame.KGthePrince wrote: ↑Mon Jun 02, 2025 10:02 pm TWI patrons, how did this one come out? Re: Fiamma by Thirdway Industries
I loved them. The Nera especially. The foil on the tucks is especially nice. Gorgeous cards too. I got my Obsession pledge delivered with them and those were also great, much better than what I expected compared to the campaign pics. Obsession Rapture especially is stunning, the gilding is super nice.KGthePrince wrote: ↑Mon Jun 02, 2025 10:02 pm TWI patrons, how did this one come out? Re: Fiamma by Thirdway Industries
That's what I was thinking previously, denim. Couldn't come up with that word back then to describe it. Thanks for the assist.
