Necro got someone else's Coven decks...and he didn't even pledge on that project.

Well actually I was supposed to get them. They were for another member that I I collect decks and ship for, but they were addressed to someone else.

Foreseeable problems.....How about completely wrong cards (i.e Not Venexiana Dark but another project) in Venexiana Dark tucks.
Or....A large batch of them gets damaged in transit (God Forbid).
I'm also curious as to the status of the Signature decks...Any News??

Re: "Venexiana Dark" by Lotrek: Funding(funded) on KS!
Regarding the Signature decks, these were also screwed up as I cancelled the shipment of decks from USA to Greece. I didn't know what I would receive and I couldn't risk getting decks that I could not use, nor could I ask them open 120 decks to check what's inside. So these will be also a bit delayed but I guess you'll get them more or less at the same time with the other decks.
Just to be fair, the mistake with the booklets wasn't EPCC's mistake. It was the fulfillment center's.
A real mess. Everyday I say to myself: Okay, now you'll wake up and everything will be as it was before you go to sleep. But it's not a dream. It really happens.

Lotrek- you should make some kind of jinx, voodoo, taboo, cursed deck since you seem to unfortunately know the subject intimately

Lotrek, it looks like you are having as much fun with this fulfilment company as I am
First the two deck orders head out with the wrong names and now I've got word that some of my four and six deck orders have Venexiana Dark booklets in!
Trying to look professional is tough with these guys at the steering wheel.

Re: "Venexiana Dark" by Lotrek: Funding(funded) on KS!
Woohoo!! Finally got my decks and they are absolutely fantastic (as I knew they would be)!
My first thought after opening them was "WHY, oh why, didn't I order uncuts?" ...and then I remembered that they forgot to pull those.
So, I thought about pulling cards from each deck and framing my own version. Which led to "Why, oh why, didn't I get at least a mixed brick?"
Seriously, these are in my top 10! Beautiful work as always, Lotrek.
Now, I really can't wait for ICONS.

Its the factory. Legends just fulfilled (partially before the error was found) a deck for someone else with all the gaff cards missing - everything from the second sheet.Bikefanatic wrote:EPPC shouldn't be calling themselves experts anymore with the screw ups they been doing lately. I'm on team Legends.
Legends & Expert need to put someone who looks out for THEM in the factory to watch out for both companies' interests. This hurts them both...

What's the latest on the uncuts? Last I remember Lotrek said he was going to reach out to us personally but I haven't heard anything.

Regarding the uncuts' issue and copying from the messages I'm sending (now as until the last moment I was trying to solve it).
"I tried to find a solution to the uncuts' issue but nothing was satisfactory as the metallic inks cannot be digitally printed and a new offset printing for a few uncuts costs almost as a whole print run. So I'm offering 3 options:
1) I can send you an "uncut" composed by cards glued on black stock, displaying both face (courts, aces etc) and back design cards on the same side.
It's not a real uncut but it will be made by me, numbered and signed.
2) I can send you an uncut + 1 deck of my next project (coming September)
3) I can refund you.
I'm very sorry about it, I tried a lot to find a solution but I had no success."

Thanks for the update Lotrek, just got your kickstarter message too. They really cocked this up just about as much as possible. Between fubaring this project and then running out of a certain paper / finish I've lost any respect for them and hope more creators show their disapproval with their wallets and take their business elsewhere. I know it's not your fault, it was completely out of your hands withwhat they did or rather didn't do.

I'm diggin' these decks a lot. The booklet is very nice.

Re: "Venexiana Dark" by Lotrek: Funding(funded) on KS!
I received my signature decks yesterday, as well.
Holy cow.
At the risk of sounding overly fan-boy-ish: these are simply amazing.
Opening them is just as thrilling as opening the Gold Venexiana. I love the feel of the paper, and the sheen of the foil. And the hand drawn joker? Wow. Love it.
This truly is a work of art, and I'm very pleased to be a Lotrek collector.
So... how about them uncuts?

The last gold cards were shipped 15 days ago. Maybe yours were with this bunch, I don't remember now. Although it isn't normal to be delivered that late, it happens. Let's hope the shine of the cards wasn't too tempting for the postman.chach wrote:BTW - What is the status of the extra Venexiana Gold single cards?
