Are the old Ad Fontes cards foiled? I read it as only the Tucks of the Regal edn. And to get them gilded you had to buy 4+ in the old kickstarter campaign so be sure you are purchasing what you want

The old Ad Fontes are not foiled. I was a little disappointed when I got them cause they looked really “plain”. At least I can now throw them away and get the upgrade!

Im new on the forum so trying not to pick fights/say anything against posters (some of which all I see is "interesting..pass" on every deck). But for me...yeah if the courts arent custom I dont have any interest. Heck I want to see something done with the number cards too....

#1 dont worry about offending around here lol. or anywhere in life imo. we are a pretty honest, sometimes brutally, group of folks. say what you mean, mean what you say. this day and age, ANYTHING one says is probably offending someone.

I wasnt the one who said they weren't interested because they courts were custom, that was Disenchanted_11. Neither of us has an profile pic, maybe I should change that.

I just wouldn't have said anything if I was going to pass on the deck. Different people want different things there have been a few that popped up on here and reddit in the last week that I thought had style, just not my style.

I'm fairly new and maybe I am not yet saturated enough, but my taste is like what TGW is producing — always with a touch of the classic courts. In fact I have discovered TGW on reddit with me asking around for luxury decks with that specific style.

And yes, I don't say anything if I haven't had anything nice to say*. I believe what I said is I really like the deck, but I'll pass due to personal preference. In fact, I find the court art beautiful, it's just that "classic courts" that makes it "playing cards" for me, not just some picture cards added with pips and indexes.

I really like Lotrek's work, its custom enough for me, and yes I can see in a lot of the decks that people who wants something more traditional would be into that too.

Since about May 2022, I've bought 15 unique Lotrek decks from him directly. Yes, some were public releases, but my point still stands. If we're to take his word, he'll have his first year rewards fulfilled in September, second year rewards fulfilled in October, and should be on par to complete year 3 in a more timely manner.

what's funny Is I just came back to this forum to kill a few minutes while watching 10000 people post "why cant I play?!1111" on the starfield reddit, a game that is now a massive 10minutes late releasing its early access night/weekend.
