I like the design, too.
But...
How is he going to have these printed by USPCC with a funding goal of only $2,000?
How is he going to have these printed by USPCC with a print run of only 200 decks per style?
If there's only going to be 200 of each style printed, why are there no limits on the number of backers for any of the non-early bird tiers? (As of right now, 110 of the 400 total decks are already pledged for.)
Why was this account created just barely over a month ago and shows no projects backed or any other kind of history?
If Geoffrey Exline is, indeed, from Cardington Ohio, why is the capitalization and word choice so... odd. It's almost as if the copy was written by somebody whose native language isn't actually English.
A quick google search reveals that there is, in fact, a Geoffrey Exline with a phone number and an address in the village of Cardington, OH -- population just over 2,000 -- but I don't see any other presence online. So, maybe the guy is a real guy who simply has bad proofreading skills and is kinda new to the internet...?
These decks are Kickstarter Exclusives, so back 'em now or you'll never get 'em!
I want these decks. I want the gilded editions. I want this project to be real.
But... it just doesn't pass the sniff test.

I would trust my gut, rousselle. You have plenty of experience to make such a judgment call.

I agree, I'm not entirely sure what to do
