They're modified Elvgren pin ups. Granted, they're not as cut and paste as others tend to do so I'll give 'em that. They went through the trouble of changing arms and faces but the basic pose is still there.

I like seeing pinup girls as much as the next guy but these are an easy pass.

Even if I didn't try to avoid imagery like this due to personal reasons, that back design would still be horrible enough to ruin it for me.

One case where two-way courts are NOT a good thing. kinda defeats the whole purpose of this type of deck.
One (relatively) large pin-up is a lot easier to, um, "admire" than two smaller pinups, especially with one of them upside down. :? :? :? ;)

Finally a "king" of hearts that looks attractive. :D

First we had the Coven then now this deck. It's not a bad looking deck but I'm indecisive about pulling the trigger. I guess I'm more after decks with actually court characters now than any other form of them.

So is Classics Playing Cards CPC's (CollectablePlayingCards) alternate brand?

It would seem so. I got their newsletter announcing this deck.

Bumping this with a few days to go. Just a few hundred dollars short of funding.

Actually the way I understand it is that Classics Playing Cards is Mike's son, that is how it is connected.
