Will probably be getting a split brick but surprised with the RRP 35EUR for the Brewer's Reserve?
200% is reachable without a doubt, judging by the previous campaigns.
Good luck

Thanks!shkorc wrote:Quick glimpse, looks ok.

Yeah sorry, this isn't really something I wanted to get into as it involves tiering and discounts. For example saying that the standard decks cost €11 is true... if you buy one. But for most tiers you'll be paying around €10 or less. For bricks, around €9.STLBluesNut wrote:A couple posts ago you said brewers reserve was 19, in your last post you said 35. Which is it?
I am am really only interested in the reserve deck but 35€ is too much for it imo.

Hi shermjack!shermjack wrote:I am still a little confused about the Brewer's Reserve. If the stretch goal is met (which I expect), will you be offering the Brewer's Reserve as an add-on and if so, how much would it be to add on? If not, what will the tiers with Brewers Reserve look like?

I hear you and I realise there’s no option for a collector who wants 2 copper decks only.shermjack wrote:Hey Jocu,
Yeah, sorry I forgot about that post, but by reading it again, I noticed that backers that just want the Brewers Reserve or a set of all 3 don't really get any benefit from getting it on KS vs. your website afterwards as it is priced 35 euro either way. The only discount one would get is to back the half brick, which isn't very economical either compared to a brick for 30 euro more, which gets you an additional 6 (standard) decks.
Personally, they way that they are priced, I think you will have a decent amount left over after the campaign, but you'll probably sell a lot of bricks, which is probably what you want anyways. I will definitely be going in on a brick with someone as it is by far the best deal of the campaign, especially when the stretch goal for the Brewer's Reserve is met.
Anyways, good luck!

Congrats on almost reaching your funding goal!Jocu wrote:I hear you and I realise there’s no option for a collector who wants 2 copper decks only.shermjack wrote:Hey Jocu,

It’s a balance between getting funded (which requires shifting a lot of standard decks) and looking out for the community that may just want the limited deck.
I’ll focus on getting to the stretch goal and then I’ll make an announcement here for the UC community. It would be nice to do a limited reward for members here where they can get the reward they want and I’d be happy to accommodate as long as I can do so without jeopardising the main campaign

^^ thisbadpete69 wrote:Jocu clearly said he would have new tier levels once the reserve deck is unlocked. Since it is not just yet, there are no levels where you can get the reserve except for the bricks where 2 decks will be swaped only IF we reach the stretch goal
Be patient all hehe

I might go for that next time. I'm trying a new strategy this time because a) it's incredibly stressful having a high goal and having to fight to scrap past it and b) I've seen anecdotal evidence that a good 10-15% of potential backers prefer to back only once the campaign is funded (especially people who don't use Kickstarter regularly), so I'm hoping now that we're over 100% we can keep the momentum going rather than the usual dead zone between the first 3 days and the last 3 days.vasta41 wrote:Gotchya. But if you get close to the goal you should open it up because I'm sure you'll see an influx of funds coming your way.
I understand that you don't want to offer the reserve deck until the funds are there but that does pose a risk. I, for one, like to pledge and get it over with. I don't like to have to monitor a campaign and adjust my pledge midway through. It just leaves another point of error open. Also, I hope that the reserve deck not being offered initially didn't deter anyone from pledging early on.
I will check updates to see when I can add the reserve deck both here and on KS in case UC gets hacked AGAIN.

Thanks mate!Harvonsgard wrote:Three is a charm. Congrats on the third successful deck. Fingers crossed for the stretch goal now.

Harvonsgard wrote:My two cents; I certainly appreciate it that you're trying to make things work for everyone or especially for us at UC but I feel like it is better to go with same treatment for all. UC member or not. Some things come with a certain price tag attached to them and if that breaks it for some, so be it, imo.
Fair enough, was just throwing it out there!shkorc wrote:Agree with Harvonsgard. It's not worth playing with your reputation.

In other words, "screw vasta41! He'll have to wait like everyone else to pledge for the reserve deck."Harvonsgard wrote:My two cents; I certainly appreciate it that you're trying to make things work for everyone or especially for us at UC but I feel like it is better to go with same treatment for all. You’re right, the other side has the jocu logo.OVSUB wrote:Quick question on the Bottle cap openers, Will it just be Hops and Barley branded or one side Hops and Barley and Jocu on the other side?
I personally think the double sided would be a cool way to somewhat advertise your brand, also it would better connect Hops and Barley to the Jocu Brand you might want to do this with future projects as well.
