I really don't go out of my way to get uncut tucks. If for no other reason than I really have no space to hang them. Even if I did, I would have to really limit the number I did put up compared to the insane number of decks I own. However, I do have a Cartomancer deck from HotrS, which was part of a tier package. I opted not to get a second uncut, and maybe should have with a second tier I added near the end of that campaign. I also picked up a few from Jackson's moving sale, mainly because one of them was the highly prized Scarlet Tally-Ho deck at a really great price. Aside from those, I don't have any of them. I do understand they are really expensive to handle and ship, so I understand the often high price creators have to make for them.

And it sure doesn't help that uncut sheets are an unusual size for frames
