In case you have forgotten, August is two weeks away. Also remember that it takes 2 weeks after Kickstarter ends to even get the funds. Plus, once the decks are ready, you have to allow for shipping time during the Holiday season. I know you know this. Also, stuff happens, so build in some contingency time.

I'm digging this borderless a lot, but I'm also wondering where "Classic" is going to fit here?
That aside, everything is gorgeous, although I wonder if the goldish yellow could pop a little more? Seems like the patterns and layers will show a lot more if the yellow is more distinctive.

It's not goldish yellow, but greenish-gold

We don't need much shine and more than three colors here!
My interpretation of classic will surprise you, so next time. But for me, the last image with borders is almost a classic back.

New cleaned up back without foil on borders (for better contrast). Border's thickness fixed.

Hot dang!! I'm digging that V2 with more pop and contrast on the borders.
Specifically this section (but ofc this might be due to renderings):

Also, that tiny cherry dot on the corners will definitely greatly enhance the fanning

I am not 100% happy about corners and top of the back. WIP.
I'll show you the foil pattern.

Hahaha

What about 5 decks with all back designs both side?

I have all snapshots but no time at all to do it

Better save $$ and order one of the finished deck on KS.
BTW, it's time to say this: don't expect the same for court cards, boxes, etc. I am only sharing my back design process here, so don't worry
p.s. I made some new sketches and now I am ready to finish the back posted above. Corners/top will be updated! I love it now!

p.s. for my Hello Tiki backers - boxes are finished!!! GW quote: "We are done with the production and the boxes came out sweet." I'll post an update when I have photos.

1. If you believe it's easy to get photos of the finished HT boxes, you are wrong.
2. It's even harder to finish the back. My current problem - the top of the card. Frankly speaking, most of the designs are
ok...and it makes my life harder
Proof:
http://montenzi.nz/lino/lino6.zip (62 files, three different scenes and N-designs) Hard borders on top vs. soft borders on top
3. This back will be available in a premium edition only (with foil).

Here is my vote for everything you've already asked and everything you will ask in the future: whatever takes the least amount of time. Please just go with your gut and give us a deck, any deck, any style, any back... any deck that can be in our hands before 12/31/19 which will be here before you know it.

AAAAARGH!! Vasta too!
*gets the garlic out for the vampires*
This weekend I had my first "Christmas is just around the corner" spiel for the year at an event I attended.
*throws garlic in a feeble attempt to buy some time and run away*
Mind you, I haven't yet booked my first appointment for 2020 yet, so I guess there's that. (was early July last year)

Let's produce boxes only, then print one back and keep blank faces so you can finish courts yourself
I have one question only - we need a name for this deck with "seven" or "No. 7". Please help with it. And I'll finish the design soon.

If we want to get different, we could also go with Septus (Latin derivative for 7)

What about just name it "United Cardist No.7"? I think this has appeal.

Soul Seven (or Soul7). You've bared your design soul here with this deck. Or Seven Cycles (7Cycles). Or 7Evo/Evo7s (7th evolution).

Glad things progressed (!) while I was away from the board looking after my mom again - one of the few places where I have no Internet access unless I remember to stop at Taco Bell or MickyD's on the way.
Awesome work in the progress especially for the backs and limited edition decks!
Anyway, I kind of like "Seventh Heaven".

We should be very careful with Latin names! No.
SirCrunoke wrote:What about just name it "United Cardist No.7"? I think this has appeal.
Everything is possible.
PrincessTrouble wrote:Soul Seven (or Soul7). You've bared your design soul here with this deck. Or Seven Cycles (7Cycles). Or 7Evo/Evo7s (7th evolution).
It will be Something No.7 or No.7 for sure.
Mike Ratledge wrote:Anyway, I kind of like "Seventh Heaven".
"Heaven" is too far from the idea as for some (and at the same time) it's "seven circles of hell."
I want something neutral.

I am still loving the idea of naming a deck with a really long name in the spirit of "Dr Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb" or "The Assasination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford."
As this is a really artistic deck, that long artistic name could be a nice fit
"United Cardists and the Spectacular, Sensational and Simply Magnificent Deck No. 7"
