I wish to join in the lawsuit against Erik Mana. It seems like we actually might be seeing our decks soon, but I'm not holding my breath for this guy anymore. Please keep the pressure on him. I sent you a PM.

Since I got my shipping notice on Fri Aug 12 and
received my single Mana deck today (Mon Aug 15), I can no longer legally be part of the lawsuit effort. However, if there remains issues with enough people to still proceed (signature decks, overseas, etc), I will still donate to the cause.

I'm with Nate, got my cards so I can't really stay in on the legal action but will be glad to donate to the cause.

I received my cards finally, so I wish to withdraw my participation from the lawsuit. But thank you so much, John, for organizing it. You were the catalyst for motivating Erik to finally take action, in my opinion.

I'm relieved to see that a lot of people are finally getting their long-awaited decks - I even got my order in today. The key is whether Erik keeps this pace up or if he reverts back to sending out a limited batch of orders and then disappear on everybody for several months again. The other thing I am keen on seeing is whether international orders are going out. Erik and I worked out an arrangement where I am willing to put the lawsuit on hold provided that he meet certain conditions, with the ultimate goal being that he completes fulfillment in the very near future to avoid getting sued at all. Let's keep our fingers crossed!

Exactly this. I suspect domestic orders went out first because the reports of received pledges appear quicker and thus taking heat off him sooner. Would have been better if the internationals were sent out first though, now we'll have to wait extra long for them to arrive.

I do hope it continues! I'm in the US but no email or package yet.

I hope he will ship every packages.
I'm afraid he will ship only domestic and leave internationals.
I messaged him via kickstarted but no reply.

Sinjin, thanks so much for your hard work on this. I am certain that you deserve a lot of credit for getting Erik off his ass. Is there some reason this same strategy couldn't be applied to John Slabyk of Founders Deck infamy? It's been so long that there
must be a reason this hasn't been tried yet...

I'd be skeptical too. BUT it seems to me that this fulfillment company finally wants to get rid of this stock and end their dealings with Erik ASAP.

Can anyone remind me which campaign is this?
And should I add Erik mana to the KS blacklist?
Thanks,
Ke

If I recall collectly he eventually delivered. I think I have the decks laying around somewhere. Is he even still making cards?

Erik completed fulfillment, at least for everyone here at UC. He hasn't produced any decks since the Sybil debacle. Given the reputation hit he took, he probably has to lay low for many more years before coming out with another deck. It really was a shame, his original Mana Oracle decks are still one of my favorite designs.

Erik did design a deck after Mana... 4/6 Mana decks are among favorites in my collection.
