I get where you're coming from, but consider these things (and please do correct me if I'm wrong, I might've missed something here) :
Theory11 has only sent out an e-mail about these decks to Elite members. In other words they didn't actively try to convince people to become Elite members (although one could argue that they wanted the info to spread, but then one can also argue that there is no way for them to do this for their Elite members without it spreading either.)
They have yet to post about these decks on Facebook (where they have about a bazillion followers), even after they have sold out.
The only official mention of these decks beforehand was during a live broadcast of Exposé which I'd estimate around 1-200 people attended. During this broadcast they said it was produced for MailChimp, and that they only have a very limited amount of the print-run. I would assume that MailChimp have not ordered a huge print-run for a deck that they wanted for their employees (and possibly for promo material, but that was never mentioned). So if Theory11 aren't lying about having only a very limited amount (and I don't believe they'd lie), then we're left with a quite small amount of decks from a quite small print-run.
My point being that it doesn't really feel like there has been any real attempts to hype this.
With this said, I'm sure there'll be a few more released somehow. Most likely some that you can pick up when you reach X amount of Elite points, and a few for contests. But I would be surprised if it were to be many more releases windows, and I highly doubt we'll see even half of the decks in a potential 2.5k run.
Either I'm right, or I get a better chance to get hold of one of those decks. Win/win.
(Edit: And one last point I forgot at first. And I do feel like a broken record at times saying this, but the main customers for t11 isn't pure collectors. They have people who purchase many of their dvds, and decks by the brick because they want to use them. Those are the main customers. Pure collectors who buy 2 of each isn't ever going to be the main target because that percentage won't ever be able to keep them in business.)
Yes, I might be the guy you remember from that thing at that place way back when.
